Dave has been in the Real Estate industry since 1981, both as a Lender, Realtor and Real Estate Broker. He helped start 4 franchises for Keller Williams Realty in Corona, Riverside, Ontario and Moreno Valley, California and was Broker of Record for over 500 agents. During the past 15 years he has helped develop a Real Estate Team (The Clark Team) that has achieved Top 10 Status in the Inland Empire. During this time, The Clark Team has been involved in Standard, Short Sale and REO sales, with their best year in 2008 with over $50 Million in sales.Dave is currently a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors.Dave and his wife Ruth have been married for 33 years and are the proud parents of 3 children and 4 grand-children. He is fortunate to have 2 sons, Andy and Kyle involved in the business with him. The Clark Team is certainly structured to endure for many many years to come.
Serving as the Team Manager, Andy oversees the day to day operations of the Clark Team. Andy has been a licensed Realtor since 1999 and has extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers. A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Andy also brings with him a strong educational background to the team.
As a Realtor, Lisa assists buyers in locating the home of their dreams and sellers get top dollar for their home! Lisa brings an extensive sales background to The Clark Team. Prior to joining the team, Lisa owned a restaurant in Riverside and worked for Nordstrom Inc. Lisa is a resident of Corona and has an extensive knowledge of the Inland Empire as well as Orange County. Lisa is a licensed Realtor and has been with the Clark Team for 10 years.
As a Buyer Specialist, Kyle assists clients with locating the home of their dreams! Kyle has an extensive background in management and sales. Kyle is a licensed Realtor.
Whether it is a weekend open house or broker caravans, Ruth coordinates all Clark Team open houses. Her duties include communication with sellers, coordinating sign installation, preparing marketing material, and occasionally preparing snacks! With all the open houses The Clark Team does, Ruth keeps quite busy!
