He helped start 4 franchises for Keller Williams Realty in Corona, Riverside, Ontario and Moreno Valley, California and was Broker of Record for over 500 agents. During the past 15 years he has helped develop a Real Estate Team (The Clark Team) that has achieved Top 10 Status in the Inland Empire. During this time, The Clark Team has been involved in Standard, Short Sale and REO sales, with their best year in 2008 with over $50 Million in sales.
Dave is currently a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors.
Dave and his wife Ruth have been married for 33 years and are the proud parents of 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He is fortunate to have 2 sons, Andy and Kyle involved in the business with him. The Clark Team is certainly structured to endure for many many years to come. -
