Kim is in charge of handling our transactions from the time an offer is accepted to the time it closes escrow. Her duties include communicating with escrow, title, lenders, agents, and inspectors. She makes sure we are in compliance and that everything goes smoothly. Prior to working with The Clark Team, Kim held a similar position with First American Title.
